Swordfish Carpaccio

  • 3 teaspones of olive oil
  • 1 clove of garlic, finely chopped
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • parsley
  • 4 slices of swordfish, thinly sliced
  • 2 lemons



 
       
     

Place the slices of the swordfish on a plate and marinate them with the lemon juice and finely chopped garlic clove.

After the fish turns white (about 2 or 3 hours), drain it and remove the garlic.

Place the swordfish on another dish and season with salt and pepper to taste. Add olive oil and finely chopped parsley.
